CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
Universal Karate Studios offers you the absolute best in Martial Arts training for children. Our Children’s Program is a combination
of work and fun. Our courses are designed to instill Effort, Concentration, Confidence and helps in building higher Self-Esteem. We
also enhance Discipline and Self-Control with our proven system of training. Our approach is always positive, therefore the results are
positive and children become more Responsible. The final product in that our students here at Universal Karate Studios excel
Academically. They become positive role models with the bonus of having fun doing it.

YOUNG ADULT AND ADULT PROGRAM
In our adult program, men and women of all ages benefit from a combination of exercise for both the Mind and the Body. We strengthen
the body with calisthenics and aerobic exercise to develop strength as well as flexibility. Increased flexibility will aid the practitioner in
decreasing the aging process of joints and muscles. Helping the students to live longer, happier and healthier lives. We are the source
for Traditional Martial Arts.

Tuesdays and Thursdays Saturdays
5:00 pm – 5:45 pm (Tiny Tigers: ages 3 – 6 years old) 9:00 am – 10:00 am (Tiny Tigers/Little Dragons)
6:00 pm – 6:45 pm (Little Dragons: ages 7 – 11 years old) 10:00 am - 11:00 am (Adults)
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Juniors and Adults 12 & up) 11:00 am - 12:00 noon (Kubudo)
8:00 pm – until (Advanced Classes)
